Popping noises

2005 yukon with Bose system. Few weeks back had increasing poping noises through speaker then had one loud pop and lost sound. Head unit appeared to work fine, rear system able to hear with head phones. A week later my battery was completely drained. Changed battery and still had problems starting. Today I replaced the amp in the console, got sound back in speakers but still have popping, even when key is out. I noticed front door speaker wasn't working so I disconnected it figuring is was causing a short, no luck, popping continues. I thought it had to do with the chimes but it does it with key out too. Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks
