Please Help- Ongoing Problem with electrical

My tahoe has been blowing the fuse for my dash lights repeatedly, And after getting pulled over i realized that apparently my rear driving lights are on the same fuse. That was a nice $50 defective equipment ticket. So i have been putting in a new fuse everyday i go home from work at night so i dont get pulled over again. Its a real hassle.

I have no idea how to go about finding out whats wrong, many people told me i could rewire the whole truck and still never find the problem.

If anyone could please help i would REALLY appreciate it. I cant afford more tickets from these local d**k heads.

i do own one, now how to get it to function? i never lerned how to uze one. excuze the gr4mm4r. keybord iz no good on my L4PTOP.

look for bare wires hitting metal and shorting the fuse
