material is less than $1000, but labor for someone else to do it will be $1500 to $2000

Idk about that i got quoted 4-5 grand from 3 different places to do this to my truck I also have been thinking of plastidiping my truck , i don't see me dropping 5 grand in a vehicle paint job when my truck is (to the average consumer) not worth 5 grand , according to people naaco is garbage so I'm left with no real option here

Yea i'm really at the point where i'm just going to do it. Worst case i just peel it off if i dont like it and be a little soar about losing $400 bucks. I'm going to order it today and hopefully get it done sometime next weekend if it comes in by then. BP Retired why are you waiting until spring? Are you going to dip everything matte black or leave some things gloss?

This will be my 1st winter with the Tahoe and have a number of items on my "to do" list 1st. That way the winter passes and in the begining of the spring I can do it with my mods on and make it stand out.
Everything will be matte black.

check your local line-x dealer (no strom, hail, ect) damage. just something to think about, and it would last alot longer.

Nice. I have done a little on my Saab and plan to do some on my 2000 Yukon Denali. Probably just trim and wheels
