Pioneer P2300DVD..?

OK so I'm looking at buying a Pioneer AVH-P2300DVD for my 07 tahoe since I have the stock radio. Now if I buy this, will I need to buy anything to make it work? The person I'm buying it from is selling it with a harness only. I'm not worried about GPS because that is not what I'm buying it for, but if anyone has a suggestions about a head unit with GPS that is around 250 dollars please let me know.

For that model, you need the PAC OS-4 and PAC SWI-PS integration/steering control devices.
