Rustoleum rattle can paint. Shit holds up strong, and then clear coated it with like 6 coats.

Thanks guys, as slow as I am, I could have had the tailgate wiper shaved while the tailgate was in the body shop, completely forgot!!
Now getting that done would run extra labor and repainting the whole tailgate.
