Phone connects, but recipient hears loud screetching noise

I just bought a used 2015 Yukon XL Denali. Intermittently, my calls make a screetching noise when using intellilink. I cannot hear the noise, but the person I am calling can hear it. The only way to fix it is to delete my phone from the devices, have my iPhone "forget" the gm intellink and then pair it again. I should not have to do that everyday. Any ideas on how to fix it? I feel like maybe I should just re-boot the intellilink, but how do you do that?

I would delete from your phone Bluetooth and do a reboot while doing a factory reset in your options menu on the Denali and a battery pull.
