Hey guys, just recently traded our '15 Tahoe for a 16 Yukon with the Intellilink infotainment system. So far I haven't been able to figure out how to pause and rewind the radio, can someone help out with that? Also, is there any way to permanently disable the adaptive cruise control feature and just use traditional cruise control? Thanks in advance.

Radios no longer pause etc and no, adaptive cruise control cannot be made less horrible. :)

Go to the 2:15 mark in the video and watch from there. He pauses the radio. Our Yukon has a 'Tune' button where the pause button is, anyone know how to swap the tune button for the pause button?

They changed the systems from 15 to 16. No more pause/rewind.

With regard to turning the Traction Control System and Stabilitrak system off...

From the manual:

Pg 9-48: ACC will not engage if the TCS or electronic stability control system is disabled.

Pg 9-42: Turning the Systems Off and On. The button for TCS and StabiliTrak is on the instrument panel to the left of the steering wheel.

Pg 9-43: To turn off only TCS, press and release the (TCS OFF SYMBOL) button. The traction off light (TRACTION OFF LIGHT SYMBOL) displays in the instrument cluster. The appropriate message will display in the DIC.

Pg 9-43: To turn off both TCS and StabiliTrak, press and hold the (TCS OFF SYMBOL) button until the traction off light (TRACTION OFF LIGHT SYMBOL) and the StabiliTrak OFF light (TCS OFF SYMBOL) come on and stay on in the instrument cluster, then release. The appropriate message will display in the DIC.

My only disappointment going from my 15 Silverado to my 16 Tahoe was losing that radio feature.

Although accurate, IMO, turning off TC or Stabilitrak off is not a reasonable workaround not a permanent one for ACC.

The only hope you have at 70mph+ if you make an instant moose maneuver is the electronic wizardry in these things.
