I've been researching all day on some weird gremlins I'm seeing on a new to me 2018 Yukon Denali. I'd love any help investigating what to do and where to look.

1st Issue - Front Passenger Door

The front passenger door passive lock/unlock button will not work. The key fob works perfect, the interior lock button works perfect, and the other three doors are working properly. However, when I press the passive lock button nothing happens. I've tried changing/updating the settings within the radio and everything is correct. I tried the method of holding lock and unlock on the fob at the same time to reset everything with no luck. I'm assuming it's something in button mechanism?

2nd Issue - Rear Hatch

At the same time, and I'm not sure if they're related, the rear hatch works intermittently, It works 80-90% of the time but every few times when I press the handle on the rear tailgate, it clicks as if it releases the latch, but does not raise up. I have to then manually open the hatch, close it, and then it will usually work the second time. Other times the the door will raise as intended and the close button will not do anything when I press the button.

I'd love any help on what to explore, is it user error, potentially caused by the same problem, etc.
