Hi,

For the past few weeks, the parking brake warning has been coming on randomly on my 2010 Yukon while I drive. All of the sudden, the parking brake warning comes on, I get 33 warning dings, and the dashboard message cycles through the following three messages:

STABILITRACK OFF
TRACTION CONTROL OFF
SERVICE BRAKE SYSTEM

I've had my Yukon in to a dealership to have the brake system looked at, and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I've noticed no difference at all in the performance of the braking system. I've been driving like this for three weeks with no issues, just a lot of annoyance.

Any tips on what might be going on and how to fix this? Thanks in advance for any advice.

If I’m not mistaken, there is a parking brake sensor on the parking brake lever assembly. That may be going bad or the parking brake pedal needs adjusting.
