2000 Tahoe. 4x4. 5.3

This is kinda a side thread that is involved with one of my other posts.

I have some concerning issues with a Tahoe I just bought.
One of them being a battery draw.
When I got home from work this morning, I grabbed my meter to see just how bad it is.
I placed my meter on the negative side of the battery circuit. I have a 1.3A draw.
I needed to get stuff done inside but I pulled a few of the culprits from under the hood. The main fuse that made the most of a difference was the radio fuse. Dropping down to 480Ma. Or about .5 of a amp. Now, with my experience, you usually want a max of 50Ma? Does the amount of 500 seem a lot for a radio? Even if the radio was a issue clearly there’s another?

Just looking to find out what the usual amp draw is on a good Tahoe, so I have a direction to go in. Thanks!

What happens when you plug the radio back in and disconnect the alternator? Also, if the radio is still unplugged. The radio needs current for memory and clock and such.

Not too much of a update,
I didn’t try doing the test with the alt. Detached. But I did take it through the car wash and got a blinking CEL. This is the info it gave me..
