Painted bowties

So I'm thinking of painting my bowties to match my truck its Silver Birch Metallic. Anyone else paint there bowties any other color than black and white on their 07 up. This is what I was thinking about I know it looks bad I did it in photoshop took me like 5 min.

I definitely think it looks good also. I don't have a painted bowtie to show you for reference. I went the other way and removed it altogether.
