Justin took it for a spin today, needs to look into the power steering pump. Definitely sounds mean on start up, but super smooth at idle. He says there is some getup under that pedal!

Yep, he has a lot of cleaning up to do, just wanted to get it running; for fear of his life, if it didn't get out of the garage.

Took it in to get quotes for custom roll cage (taking stocker out), nerf bars, exhaust and racing harness mounts.

If anyone in CA is looking for someone to go to with good prices and great craftsmanship, we found the place!

They are all Twisted Stitch seats. Highly recommended, great people to work with. If you contact them, tell them we sent ya!

Just took a look at their site. They have some cool stuff. I'll definitely keep them in mind.

Great quality, they do mostly UTV work, but they fit great in the Blazer.

That's cool. I'm thinking about them in a near future GMT400 extended cab project possibly. Do you think the seat would be comfortable for long periods of time or are they kind of hard?

They are contoured like racing seats, so they sit around you somewhat. They are not as deep as a true racing seat though. Once we put some time in them, I can update you.

She is coming back from Mexico soon! Modified the roll cage, redid the fiberglass top and new paint!

LOL- the first guy that did the cage took way too long and we weren't happy with the workmanship. The second shop did a stellar job on the cage, and had a place for us to send it to for fiberglass and paint/body work.

We plan on having the cage guy do tube steps once we get it back.
