JUST A HEADS UP: CLOSED DOWN THE USED PARTS FOR SALE THREAD IN THE CLASSIFIEDS SECTION. BEEN UP SINCE THE 8TH WITH NO CONTACT HERE ABOUT THEM SO GOING TO SELL WHAT I CAN LOCALLY.

Already ordered and next to be done will be new injectors, new throttle body and seal and new pigtail for the throttle body and the steering gear box.

When that is all done I am really struggling to come up with more upgrades to new parts. I am still going to do the exhaust like what was on my 2002.

I was driving it around to the VA today, had to go do labs-piss and blood, for my VA doctor appointment next Monday. I was realizing that I could hear a pin drop in there when the radio was off. It really was deadly quiet. It was like driving a brand new rig or what I would expect of a brand new rig as far as quiet inside while driving.

No squeaks, no rattles, no shudders, no wind noise.....nothing. I had not paid attention like then since I had finished the recent work.

I remember that I think someone here suggested a/c work replacing parts. I am of the opinion that as long as a/c is working front and rear and is ice cold, leave the SOB alone. If the a/c time comes, I will go deep and do the evap and heater core and actuators while it is apart.

I am cringing to do this but I assure you @915_Tahoe, that I am almost at the end of these parts look up help for the rig. Last 8 digits of VIN is 5R221385

Looking for the GM number for the Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor. I found the adjustable pedals whole assembly at RA #19370279 but I cannot find the sensor only part number. Can you help? Thank you.

Ordered today:
1. Reman AC Delco steering gear box
2. New Genuine GM throttle body w/throttle actuator
3. New Fel-Pro throttle body seal
4. New throttle body pigtail
5. New Genuine GM fuel injectors
6. New Genuine GM Throttle pedal pressure sensor assembly with new pedal

I plan to do the exhaust after all this new stuff and then drive it for a while and just monitor everything.

I am still looking for a front a/c-heater auto control head that looks like this: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=12305245&cc=1431156&pt=4212&jsn=1566&jsn=1566

But I cannot bring myself to but anything like that from Dorman.
