My goal is to look like this.

I don't see the retractable ladder system.

I did a 3 inch bodylift with gap gaurds and rear bummper relocation.
iWent ahead and debaged, painted the bowtie, and made a shorty anttena out of the stock one.

How did you paint the bow tie? Is it easy to take off?

Yeah its held on by 2 nuts. I believe 10mm. Then just lightly sand it and paint the color of your choice.

Body lifts look good as long as you raise the tow hooks , rear bumper and add the gap guards. Also clean up the bottom and paint it to make it look clean.
