Oil and coolant leaks back of engine?

The oil leaks near the filter and looks like it comes from that hole(why is that hole there?) and the coolant comes down from the starter area right by it. Is this an intake manifold leak?

inspection Hole I think. your rear main seal is leaking if that is engine oil. That coolant can come form the intake or minor crack in the head gasket. Can't recall how close the nearest freeze plug is.
