O1 Tahoe Rear Air

Hello, this is my first post on this site and I would appreciate any help you can give on this matter. I have a 01 Tahoe that the rear air just quit working. I checked the fuses and they were okay. My front air works fine so I am at a loss on this??

Here's the code that I got when I ran the scan on my Hoe: P1416

if it will still move air in the rear, its prob blend door. if it doesnt work at all, its prob blower motor
