So it all started when SiriusXM sent me an offer in the mail for 6 months of service for $25... I figured that I could at least try the service... Well, I purchased the service plan, entered the radio ID, etc. I go out to my truck 20 minutes later to see if everything is in working order, "NO XM SIGNAL" displayed out across the Nav... Story of my life, lol. I'm not sure what it could be or even where to start looking... I dropped the glovebox & checked the XM unit itself, looks to be in functioning order, properly connected, etc... Where should I go from here? I read a post on another forum from a guy with a nnbs Suburban, who was having the same problem, his ended up being a disconnected wire or something like that. My question is, where are these connections, and how can I get to them to see if there's a problem? I'm really hoping that this is an easily resolved issue...

Nope... I was in clear view of the sky, in fact, after I noticed that it wasn't working, I drove to an open field type area, contacted XM & had refresh/activation signal sent again... I'm just guessing that because it says "NO XM SIGNAL", there's something wrong with the connection/antenna. I may try to send the activation signal again tomorrow just in case.

If you contact XM Radio again, ask them to take me off their continual "Free Trial Offer" junk mail list. They'll save themselves a lot of postage and paper over my lifetime. :evillol:

I had mine turned back on today and it worked fine. I had to leave it on channel X0 till the program went through. After that all was well. It was very cloudy today and it worked fine. I hope you got yours working by now though.

Before you reactivated, did channel 1 say "NO XM SIGNAL" or "XM PREVIEW"?

Thought you was asking in the earlier post. Have you ever messed with the radio in your Tahoe?

Oh haha. I was asking Clint if his said "No XM Signal" before he renewed. And that's a negative, I've never touched any wiring, etc.
