No Temperature reading

i have seen a few threads but no real solution
Temp gauge doesn't read anything and the aux fans come on high. Also the A/C wont engage.
Engine seems to be cooling fine.
This has happened 4 or 5 times now. Last 2 times was a cool damp morning.
Previously (last time) the issue disappeared on it own. Yesterday it did not.
i replaced temp sensor yesterday, as i have on an earlier occasion, but it did not fix the issue.
What next?

Next is to tell us what you're working on -- make, model, engine, etc. But since this is posted in the 2024+ section, is it under warranty?

if it is not the temp sensor then move on to the thermostat, 100% recomend using oem, seems to be a rash of defective aftermarket ones out there,
consider yourself warned on the aftermarket..... this comes up repeatedly on here

You should be able to feel the hoses and see if it feels normal temperature wise after you have driven in a little bit if it feels normal then it could still be that sensor

Use an OBD reader to see what the engine coolant temp sensor is reporting.
