96' Tahoe 5.7

Jumped in to go to work this morning and it fired right up then died immediately. No lights no crank nothing. Also some relay is clicking up under dash when I open the door but other than that and a weak key in ignition buzzer it is DEAD!

I thought it was a dead battery and tried jumping but still nothing. I have 12+ volts at battery terminal but barely any voltage at fuse block. Before I run and replace the cable that runs over the radiator to my fuse block dose anyone have any other suggestions? Seems strange because:wtf: cable looks fine.

it happens. clean off the terminals with battery tool and chemical cleaner on both ends. you might have corrosion in there. worst case it has eaten the cable inside. and clean terminal on the right fender wall that comes from negative bat terminal an check cleanliness of ground on right frame rail next to block.
