Hello all - just wanted to post up and introduce myself. I just bought my wife a 2004 Yukon SLT almost a month ago and I gotta say that I am pretty impressed with it. It is white and just turned 57,000 the other day. It is in great shape and I got a pretty good deal on it. I'm not planning on much by the way of modding it but I want to get the MPG of a couple ticks. I traded in my 2002 Grand Prix for it and took over my wife's Explorer which runs really well. I also have a 2004 Pontiac GTO that I bought brand new and only has 6100 miles on it. It is my toy and it gets all the good stuff. I drive a tractor trailer Mon-Fri and work as an auto tech on the weekends. I do all of my own wrenching and have access to AllData and GM Techline. So if anyone needs anything, I'll do my best to help.

Hello and welcome, I have a 1999 Explorer that has been just great, the only thing it lacks is 4WD. How do you like yours?

It's been a good truck.... Doesn't hold a candle to the Yukon though. No drivetrain problems at all, just worn out ball joints, suspension stuff, etc. It has 118,000 miles and runs great. Probably sell it soon since we don't need 2 SUV's.
