New Truck

Just bought this last week. been looking for a clean one of these for awhile.
1997 GMC Sierra SLT 4x4 (G80,3.73) 102,000 miles. Was a one owner out of VA. No rust , clean in and out runs real nice a smooth. Just to kick around and haul things when needed. Gonna do some mods, probably 285 tires, blue tooth radio, flip fold bed cover. Not sure what else.

nice truck, I believe some mods are in your future. Get rid of the swirly wheels and get some 5 spokes. Also not too fond of 2 tone, maybe you could matte black the rockers. Diesel bumpers will give you a bunch more holes for vents in the front and the old 454ss grille and bowtie. Any way you look at it your wife better watch the checkbook.

Id leave that puppy bone stock. A bone stock truck in that condition will turn more heads than something you mess with.

Damn that reminds me of a brand new red Chevy Silverado Z71 that I bought back in 1994. What a cool truck that was. Turned around and sold it for more money than I bought it for.

Thanks all. Yes, its staying pretty stock for Sure. I Loved this color combo when it came out years ago always wanted one. This popped up on EBAY 10 miles from me and went and bought ASAP. As "Fiatdale" said above it is a Nice clean original truck you don't see many around like this. I will DD it here an then cause it is so clean and quite. Just did the Brakes, Idler arm, Belt tensioner, flush fill the coolant, and a new battery. Getting Bed cover, radio and speakers tomorrow. Since tires on it were a bit dry, I have Fuel rims and nittos on my suburban ,I through on my stock 20" Suburban polished spoke rims on it just for kicks not sure I like it but it rides nice on them. Trying to decide if I want to stay with them or but some new AT 265/75/16 or 285/75/16
