Haha.. I haven't detailed it in a while, just been washing it. I will try that though I usually stay away from the steps because they get so damn grezy if I put anything on it.

Thanks Guys... You guys had me really scared to do it. But after putting it up to the truck and looking at it I thought it should look good so I just did it.

looks good . i know you cut the cross bar , was that only place you have to cut.

Also had to cut the upper brackets that hold the bumper up top.

The grill looks amazing. I've been looking to do the same thing in a chrome grill. What brand is it? Does the new grill fit in where you cut out stock grill by the tape or does it go all the way from headlight to headlight. The chrome ones I've seen go from headlight to headlight and don't really like that great.

I can buy this grill and headlights for like $300 on eBay. Looks alright with a Chevy sign in the middle
