New keys necessary w/ spindles?

I’m doing an lift on a 2004 Tahoe 2WD pretty soon. 3” lift spindles up front and 3” spacers in the rear. Are new torsion keys necessary or can I just adjust the stock ones 1” to make it level with the rear?
