Hey guys, been lurking for a bit and figured I might as well be somewhat active on the forum. Picked up a ‘19 Yukon SLT last summer for the wife, and I’m starting to think I like it more than my Ram.

Mods: Debadged, Mcgaughy’s 2” rear drop (have since added a 3/4” Daystar to reduce the sag), 22” reps, black Denali style grill, de-chromed, and some other miscellaneous crap

I know the blacked out look is played out, but it’s kinda always been my thing. Looking forward to hanging out around here!

Welcome to the forum from Oregon

We recommend that you put all your rig(s) info in your signature so we all don’t have to guess at year, make, model, engine size, trans, rear axle locker…….etc. Makes it way easier on all members that attempt to help, to have that info right up front. It is also recommended that you take a pic of your RPO codes, on the inside cover of the glove box, and post that image in your signature. All this info will greatly help those that will try to help with a problem.

If there is any other info, like upgrades, mods or recent mechanical/maintenance work done, that would be helpful in any post as well. Too many times a question is asked by the poster and after about 10 responses we find out that the poster has done recent work to attempt to fix the problem or work that was done that SEEMS not related to the problem.

I went the Plastidip route for all the trim. Started with vinyl, but don’t have much experience there, so I quickly switched to the rattle can ahah. After the mind-numbing prep work it’s a cake job. For the grille I purchased a Denali replica off eBay, which was surprisingly a great fit. The wheels I purchased from an OE replica vendor out of Florida with a name I’m struggling to remember.

and thanks for the welcome guys!
