New exhaust help!

So ive already got a dual exhaust with a dual in/out flowmaster but I am looking at adding to it. I want to get shorty headers mainly for the torque instead of horsepower, ease of install, and emissions reasons but i was also looking at adding converters too. I was wondering if anyone was familiar with the bolt on magnaflow system or would it be better to just put highflow ones. I still need to pass emissions when i am done. Not sure about this system or should i just leave the stock converters? I posted a link to the magnaflow system below.

Leave the stockers on until they go bad. At that point you can replace them for way less.

I blew my stocks cats and run the high flow magnaflow cats. They work fine. I also run a shorty JBA header and it was a perfect fit. I had a few pairs of Headman before that ans each set fell apart and was just shit to be honest.

Did you notice any performance with the high flow cats?

I got the magna flow cats from ebay with the "make an offer" for $260. I noticed a little difference. The only problem I had was were the rear flange met. I dont know if it warped when welding or got hit during shipping, but I finally got it to mate up.
