New bumper help

So in the morning I'm getting the truck back and I don't have rear sensors what could I do so I don't have huge holes in my bumper? Here's what I thought of
Please help!

1. Fabricated inserts

Put red LEDs in that would light up with the brake light.

May look gay though.

It is possible to actually add REAL sensors?

I don't really want real sensors in comfy with my eyes will add a camera later on doesn't even look that bad without the sensors do I think I'm just going to have them fabricate some metal plugs maybe a potential businuess idea haha?
