2022 5.3 tahoe going into limp mode

Okay I need some help from the pro's on here. Just bout a 22 5.3 Tahoe about 2 months ago with extended warranty. 72,000 miles. About a month in, I was driving when traction control, abs, and other sensors started going off and it went into limp mode. Dealership was closed so I pulled into AutoZone. I don't remember the code number but it was related to the fuel pressure system. The next morning, I drove it to the dealership. It has exited limp mode and drove fine but the check engine light was still on. The dealership drove it 100 miles and could not recreate the problem. Got it back with no solution. Well it happened again Sunday (my luck). It has again reset to driving fine. I don't want to pay the 200 dollar diagnostic fee for the same results if it is just a simple sensor issue I can replace. Has anyone dealt with this??

When you took the vehicle to the dealer and the check-engine light was still on, they should have retrieved a stored code and began repairs.

You said you have an extended warranty (service plan) - do you have a $200 deductible for the plan?

If you paid the deductible the first visit - you should not have to pay again as the problem was not repaired and has recurred.

The dealership said the code was not "active" but it was showing in the history. The code in itself was broad but they checked the fuel pressure and said it was fine. And the first time I was still under a 30 day dealer warranty so they paid it, but this time I am trying to save the extended warranty claims for a more serious issue if it is a simple fix.
