New 2025 Elevation

Relative newbie. Just picked up a 25 elevation with technology package and super cruise in downpour metallic. Lowe it so far. Super cruise requires a lot of trust at first. Haven’t used it much but I didn’t crash so that’s a plus!

How do you find the downpour metallic holds up against dirt and road grime? I know it’s not going to be like white or sterling metallic, but is it as annoying as black or does downpour hide the dirt well?

Also, In the videos I’ve send this colour is a beaut in the sun. Reminds me of Shetland blue on the Toyota 4Runner I had. How about when the skies are grey or when it rains?

I had a black Tahoe before this so I can say it’s not nearly as bad as that. Definitely not like white but certainly more manageable than black.

So no regrets? Currently in a pearl beige which hides dirt well and cleans up nice (it’s ceramic coated). About to order a ‘26. Debating on Downpour vs Sterling Metallic. I’m finding the Sterling a bit flat but it seems very lighting dependent. Just looked at one in person today and it was nice.
