I think I want to step up to a A/T tire on my 2007 Tahoe LTZ. I am looking at the CCM 2.5" front/1" rear kit to level the rig. Would like a size or two bigger tire over the stock 275/55/20. I will be using the stock 20" wheels. I have been reading a lot, and I'm thinking of the Firestone Destination A/T, or the NEW Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 2. I have been reading a lot of posts on here about lift/tire size, but there are so many ideas from all of you. If I go with the CCM 2.5"/ 1" how much bigger tire can I go WITHOUT rubbing or ANY cutting on the truck. I called my Firestone dealer this morning, and they don't make a 285/55/20 in either tire. They make a 275/60/20. Any and all info will be absorbed!! I plan on doing this ASAP, as the stock Bridgestone H/L tires:emotions122: have 49,000 miles and I don't want to go into this winter with them.....Thanks.

If you don't want any rubbing or any cutting with the OEM wheels then stay under 32.75" diameter and don't go over 285mm wide. A 285/55-20 is your best bet.

Done and done.
