Need lift gate applique part #

I can't find the part # for this applique. The one without the bow tie.

There is no applique, that is part of the liftgate. The bow tie just has double sided tape, just remove and there should not be any holes underneth.

Oh ok, I'm thinking it's like the 07-14 models. That's perfect then, thanks!
