Hey all I am new here! I have a 99 tahoe 4 door with a 6inch superlift kit (I believe) and right now I have toyo open country a/t's (size is 315/75/16). I just need advice as to what new tires I should get. I like the current width of the tires and I really like the bf goodrich all-terrain k/o's. I have right now 16 inch weld racing rims I will also be upgrading those, but I will be keeping the 16 inch rim size. All i'm looking for is some guidance as to what size tires I can get besides the 315/75/16 size and what rim backspaccing I would need.

I love the wheels man, keep them.

As for the tires, do you do any offroading? I would get the Toyo MT.

I don't really off road anymore I did back when I was careless, but now my hoe is my baby and its time to start putting money into her. I like the rims, but I want black on black.

Go with the toyo MT's... I have em and you'll love em regardless if you go off roading or not. The tread is sick and they aren't too loud either.

I have the falken wildpeak at's. I hate them. The wear on them is terrible... It just depends on what you want. Do you want road hum from the tires? or do you want it to be quiet? the mud terrain tires are going to be louder, the lugs are farther apart which makes the noise. The all terrain tires arent like that. I see alot of nitto terra grappler AT tires out here in lubbock. Guy down the street has a set of 37's on his 4 door yukon. It looks sweet! I think its all on what you want really.

What about some Hankooks? Only heard good things about them and they handle really well in cold weather.

The more I look at the pictures if your Tahoe the more I fall in love lol. I can get my fender heights for you after work. I just need you to explain to me how I get those measurements!

I think I am going with 35'' bfgoodrich k/o's and some black 16.5 inch pro comp wheels they are cheap and exactly what I am looking for! If anyone has any pictures with tahoes on 35'' bfgoodrich a/t's I would be more the happyo to look at them. Thanks for all the help guys! will post back in about a month with pictures of new wheels and tires!

I might get flamed for this. But I'm running 35" Nitto Trails, I love em. I will be buying another set. Not too loud, great in the mud, wearing great so far.

That was my thing, i mean they look fairly aggressive. Granted my stereo setup is borderline excessive, but with music on I can't hear the tires:)
