My reverse fuse keeps blowing after a day or two. Any reason why or ideas on how to fix it? Thanks!

Doesnt fix the problem though. Have you checked all your connections and splicings? Make sure nothings touching something its not supposed to. Someone else might have more info for you.

I used my old low kid I got from a guy in Huntington Beach for my reverse. It was a slim kit. And no, you have to splice the reverse bulb to the wires of the hid kit. Fairly simple tho

I did not have issues with my H11 kit... but LaredoTexas from TahoeForum.com blew fuses too and ended up increasing the reverese fuse by 5 amps.

What wattage kit do you have and did you use a relay?

Up sizing the fuse is never a good solution because it will just mask the underlying issue. If you are pulling more amps than the one of the wire size is rated, there will be a strong possibility for a fire especially if there is a short circuit condition. Yes it may work for a while but there will be that risk.
