Hello all! The driver-side right air vent is blowing warm air, while all others are cold. Is there a way to reset the HVAC to recalibrate the blend door? Online tutorials talk about pulling a fuse, but I cannot seem to find any fuse that is related to the HVAC system. Is it possible that it is just low Freon instead of something mechanical? Many thanks in advance for any help!

Blowing cold out of one side and warm out of the other side is classic sign of low freon. I would start there first.

I don't have any experience with the new T1s. On our GMT900s, when one side is cold and the other warm, that's the usual sign that a temperature actuator (blend door) is due for replacement.

On the GMT800s you could manually reset the actuators. I've never been successful doing that with my generation, always had to use the bi-directional scan tool to do it properly. I suspect the same for yours.

I have read somewhere that Charm.il now has the shop manual for the latest generation trucks. You could check it out or get a subscription to AllDataDIY for the shop manual for yours.

I had this problem on my 25 about two weeks ago and they had to put I believe what they call a new evaporator case in it. Of course that involved pulling the complete dashboard out of the vehicle to fix. Believe it or not though my dealer did a good job put it back together with no issues rattles et cetera and everything works. Took a week though. There was a service action issued for this exact condition. Not sure that it retrogrades to 2021 though....
