My 01' Tahoe uses air core motors vs. stepper motors in gauge cluster how to replace them?

My 01 Tahoe has air core motors for the gauges in my instrument panel and not the stepper motors that everyone else seems to have. How can I fix or replace them and where can I get the right parts?
