From time to time, my phone is not connecting when I start up. Is there something I need to reset? Is there a quick remedy after I start up?

Thanks for any insights...

This has been an issue since the latest update. I have it too, iOS 16.7 and Y168 on the radio.

What I do is:
Hit the phone icon on the head unit, usually shows
My phone connected
Hit manage phones
Hit my phone
Hit Disconnect
Wait for a bit, CarPlay icon appears in phone icon on head unit
Tap that icon
Usually Reconnects

Hope this gets fixed in a recent update

No luck with that, but here is what (finally) did work...
-- I updated my iPhone OS to 17.0.3. That is the absolute latest version of the iOS.
-- then went to Settings --> System --> Reset Options --> Erase Infotainment Data
-- after doing this, I was able to reconnect my phone

Originally, it was not allowing me to disconnect my phone, yet it couldn't connect my phone either.

Thanks for your suggestion. It set me onto the right path!

For the txt in purlpe above, which system did you do that on, the phone or the Infotainment in the vehicle?
