Major components while doing AFM/DOD delete

Hey guys, what’s up. I plan on doing the delete myself and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions about changing any major components while I’m in there and I have the engine torn apart? It has 140k

How did you make out? Looks like im doing this too.
Did you change the cam?

We changed the cam, water pump, starter, engine mounts, exhaust manifold bolts, oil pump, oil pressure sensor and valley cover on mine with almost 200k mileage. Good Luck
