main Climate controls, only fan speed works

So in my 2004 yukon, it has sat for about a month and the battery died so i charged it last night and when to drive it this morning and only the fan speed control is working on the manual climate control, the A/C and defrost switch, the temperature settings nor the vent duct location are working. I did recently replace the driverside air actuator. FYI, the rear air controls are working as should.
