Waxing and sealants don't seem to help any either. They burn off from the heat.

I can see now why Jacob rid of his.

I did polish mine a while back. Its on the last pages of my build thread.

Thanks, have you had any issues with it being that close to the plastic.

Mine sits right up next to the plastic and I have had no issues over the past few months - including a couple 500+ mile road trips...
