2013 LTZ.
The volume knob didn't work on the radio. But the steering wheel controls worked fine.
I asked the stupid dealer to look at it, so they did a software upgrade. Now the radio is totally dead, and they can't get any volume out of it.
They say too bad, buy a new radio.
Any ideas ?
All I want is the steering wheel controls to work again.
