LT Supercharger Kit

Has anyone looked at the LT4 kits available? I know there are a host of other supercharger kits for the same price but I was hoping to buy their conversion kit and source the SC locally cheaper. Thoughts?

I was considering it because i like the idea of factory and can find some of the take off lt4 superchargers for a deal bringing the total cost down. Fasterproms on youtube did the exact swap you are talking about on an escalade l86. You can do it on the l83 also. Pretty impressive results when coupled with all his other mods.

A whipple is not much more and you will and can get alot more out of it.
