Lowering my 03 Tahoe keys or spindles?

Which is the best way to lower the front of my tahoe with new torsion keys or spindles. I want the safest and most like stock ride if I decide to lower it. Also I want to use 20" wheels so what drop combo would be best but still kind of conservative 2/3 or 2/4 with a more level appearance?

My vote is spindles bc they don’t change geometry I have a 2/3 and like it I haul heavy stuff in the back.
