Lowered Towing Set Up

For those that are lowered and tow, what do you use for a raised hitch set up? We have a camper with a weight distribution hitch. The drop hitch isn't tall enough when I invert it, so I'll have to get a taller one. Just curious to see others and if you have any clearance issues if you run a weight distribution set up. I'm at a 2/4 drop with helper bags.

I’m lowered 2/3 and use a 2” drop hitch for my boat and utility trailer but don’t have a WD set up.
