I can't remember I just looked up what size HID bulbs fit on this forum and that what others used. However, I never used them.

there are 5202 hid kits. People have made 880 work but its not a exact fit. SOme even expierenced melting fog lenses. Op do you know the wattage?

Did the 880s melt or 5202s? It seems like the 880s would be smaller as i have a set in my TBSS fogs, and those housings are tiny.

I'm not sure what bulbs he was having issues with or if he even did. I have never had issues with bulbs melting my fogs or headlights for that matter. These are new in box, 35 watts.

On the mirrors are the chrome pieces stuck on? If so I would assume one could smooth and paint black?

No the chrome is part of the mirror.
