I've been looking and haven't found a kit. I would have to buy two different brands of the keys and blocks and I would rather just get a kit. I don't want to do a full suspension lift but if i have to I have found one for 600 bucks for a 3 inch lift. The problem is that you can get the same lift from keys and blocks without a 600 dollar install. Im looking for links to kits. cheaper the better.

You can crank the bars and get blocks for around $100.

The keys don't do anything.

crank the keys in the front and you can go to autozone or advanced autoparts and get a 2" block for like 70 tops

how much does cranking the bars and putting blocks mess with the ride quality?
and suburbanguy, im really thinking about that PA 5.5 lift...seems like that plus some mild trimming would get on OBS on 35s...

I cranked my bars a fair bit an it rides pretty much the same. I was about to buy blocks but if I decide to buy a lift then it'll be a waste buying 2in blocks now. Just crank em a lil bit at a time and drive it and see where it starts changing the ride. I've heard you can fit 35s with body lift, cranked, and blocks but haven't seen firsthand. If you look really hard you can tell the difference and my ride didn't really change so you can get an idea how much lift I got without the ride changing. First pic is before crank with 265s. Second is cranked with 285s.

Cranked Keys in front to about 1 1/2" over stock, and slipped 4 extra leaves in the rear packs to gain about 2 1/2". The extra leaves did stiffen the ride a bit, but it also lessened the body roll in corners.... and I can easily carry a LOT more weight, have done over 1600lbs without bottoming out.

285's on stock offset wheels would have cleared fine, but mine have an inch less offset, so they rubbed - nothing a little Sawzall work didn't take care of! A 3" body lift will allow me to EASILY clear 315's (35's), I've got almost an inch of clearance now with the 285's (33's) at full compression.

And best of all.... I got the extra leaves out of an older Suburban I already had. The only thing I had to pay for was the longer U-bolts to clear the 4 extra leaves, they ran $65 total. Even if you had to go and get leaves at a pick-n-pull, I don't thing they'd run over $100.
