Looking for DIY garage/lift rental

I want to get my truck up on a lift so I can do some maintenance myself. I know DIY garages exist in other parts of the country where you can just rent time in a bay with a lift (diyautorepairshops.com for example). I'm having trouble finding anything like this in NYC or surrounding areas. Has anyone heard of anything like this in this part of the country?

I want to get up under my truck and grind off any rust and then seal it with a protector like Corroseal or Permatex. I'd much rather do this myself than pay a shop to do it. The garage where I store my motorcycle has a lift but they said they can't rent it to me.

Any insight is much appreciated.

North Jersey. Not far from Sussex county. It's been awhile since I've been up that way, but if I'm not mistaken you can get to Netcong from rte 80, which starts once you leave NY.
