Looking at a 2003 Denali

I'm looking at buying a 2003 Denali with AWD. It's got approx 98k miles on it and seems to be in pretty good condition inside and out. The drives and sounds good, and the engine and transmission give no major warning signs. The seller is asking $11000. Is this a good deal?

I'm not really familiar with the AWD, are there any potential problems that could come about or maintenance I'd have to deal with in the near future?

Any help would be much appreciated.
