I found a guy in town who wants to sell his 1999 chevrolet tahoe sport 2 door with custom 9 inch lift (6" suspension 3"body) and warn 9000 lbs winch brush guard 2-8 inch lights and4-4 inch lights . Fully loaded power everything. Perfect leather interior, had seat covers on them from day one. 90,000 miles with a 2 yr old trany and 4:56 gears.
How much would you pay for this?

I'd say $6500 is a good start. $8500 max, but I haven't seen it or driven it. What kind of lift/tire/wheel combo does it have?

I def. wouldn't give more than $7k - $7500 for it. While it is def. nice and appears to be "done right" Vehicles like that are hard to get rid of when you decide to resale, which is prolly why he's dying to get rid of it. So make 110% sure its what you want before you jump. If you're looking for something lifted with big tires and trail ready, thats def. the cheapest way to do it versus buying something stock and building it yourself. Mainly just make sure you're gonna be satisfied with it for awhile because when you decide you wanna get rid of it, it'll prolly take some time to get what you need out of it without taking a loss for a quick sale. My $0.02

I vote Tahoe over the Dodge. Just think...if you buy it, you'll own one of the sweetest trucks on this forum!

Well the Tahoe is def. not gonna handle wortha piss for one, and you're gonna be rolling on mud tires which wear out faster than what I'm assuming you have on your dodge will.

Are you just looking to do some parking lot pimping with this thing or some off-roading? From your description, its setup pretty good for off-roading

Good deal lol I wish I had something that big to wheel in. I have a reg. cab Tacoma with 32" Mud Kings on it... pretty much stock other than that. Perfect trail riding/beer drinking machine tho!
