You can make a pattern out of cardboard and have that bent up at a local sheet metal shop. I have stuff like that made all the time for my trade. That's not a complicated shape. Just do a pattern, then a diagram looking from the side with the angle.

I put that plate on mine fitment was pretty decent one small bend and had to grind one slot/hole for a bolt a hair and it was perfect
