Not that much to it. If you've been driving it for a bit, you will see the scuff marks on the wheel well liner. That's where you need to start cutting or get a heat gun and warm up the plastic liners so you can mold them a bit and push it out. It's a lot of trial and error to get it done but not hard at all. I have 26's and ended up having to cut a bit out in the front and rear. Running boards needed to be trimmed a bit too with a grinder. About 2 hrs of work.

if its just rubbing on plastic just let it rub on there it will mark it up after you drove it for a couple of miles then trim bend or do what you need to do to get rid of that plastic area for the tire to clear

thats to bend that lip in basicaly like rolling the lip you stick a 2x4 on top of your tire and under your fender and slightly pull up on it going all the way around the top to bend that lip and flare out the fender a little
