Lift gate Weatherstripping

I just wanted to triple check I am buying the correct item. Part Weatherstrip - GM (15174842)? Some websites say it fits, some do and the description says dual swing door when I have the tailgate hatch...

Why are you replacing it? Bc its falling off or is it actually damaged? On my Denali it was failing off and I was able to re crimp it and added some weather strip adhesive and it was flawless
